Youth RISE mobilizes youth to be engaged in full spectrum harm reduction initiatives and drug policy reform to promote health and human rights. We envision youth being valued, active partners in the political process on the local, regional, and international levels. Youth RISE produces tools and resources, and engages young people and youth organizations in capacity building exercises and advocacy work as well as harm reduction workshops and projects.
